The Junior IT Engineer and Helpdesk Specialist - Administrator will assist in maintaining the KMS network and provide end-user support, including user creation and hardware provisioning.
Responsibilities
- Experience administering & troubleshooting an O365 pure-cloud environment including but not limited to Azure AD, Microsoft Intune, Exchange Online, OneDrive, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, and Outlook
- Experience administering Microsoft Sentinel Threat Analysis
- Experience administering Threatlocker
- Experience with Microsoft Intune MDM
- Experience with End User IT Support in a Microsoft-focused environment
- Experience with basic virtualization, Windows System Administration, and general Network Administration
- Knowledge of OS and application patching
- General understanding of Cybersecurity concepts and best practices
- Ability to perform end-to-end troubleshooting of issues, where an issue may lie anywhere between the end user and what the end-user is interacting with
- Desire to learn and integrate into a team environment
Skills

- No clearance required. Must be able to obtain a Secret level government clearance

- Able to obtain a DoD Secret Clearance (or higher)
