Requirements
Qualifications: ACA/ICAEW qualified or part-qualified.
Experience:
- Expertise in client and cloud accounting.
- Strong knowledge of accounting, VAT, and corporation tax compliance.
- Proficiency in software like QuickBooks, Xero, and Excel.
- Experience working with SME portfolios in dynamic start-ups is advantageous.
- Payroll and personal tax knowledge is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparing and reviewing statutory accounts, reconciliations, and external returns for SME clients.
- Managing financial systems and ensuring compliance with UK regulations.
- Leading and supporting a team of accountants, providing guidance on challenges, training, and performance.
