Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting subjective and quantitative customer research to inform business decisions
- Collaborating with senior leaders to analyze data, design research studies, and present findings to internal stakeholders
- Developing and maintaining a deep understanding of our customers and visitors to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
Requirements:
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Marketing, Finance, Human Science, Psychology, Statistics, Business, or a related field
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with experience working with SPSS or a similar statistical software
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with SurveyMonkey or a similar survey software
- Previous research experience, with a strong understanding of research design and methodology
