In this challenging and rewarding role, you will have the opportunity to:
- Lead and develop teams through teaching, training, and coaching, and provide feedback to drive performance and growth
- Drive financial performance and sales growth by analyzing P&L statements, managing budgets, and implementing business initiatives
- Model and demonstrate exceptional customer service standards, and develop and implement action plans to resolve customer complaints and issues
- Provide supervision and development opportunities for hourly associates, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to achieve business objectives, and identify and address improvement opportunities to drive continuous learning and growth
Requirements:
- 2 years of college or 1 year of retail experience and 1 year of supervisory experience, or 2 years of general work experience and 1 year of supervisory experience
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and circumstances
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management and Leadership
- Certificate of Completion in People and Business Leadership
- Experience supervising 5 or more direct reports, with responsibility for performance management, mentoring, hiring, and firing
