Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop teams of associates through coaching, training, and feedback to achieve business objectives
- Drive sales growth and financial performance by analyzing sales trends, managing inventory, and implementing business initiatives
- Deliver exceptional customer service by modeling and demonstrating the One Best Way (OBW) service model and resolving customer complaints
- Provide supervision and development opportunities for hourly associates, including hiring, training, and mentoring
- Coordinate and complete job-related activities and assignments, including developing relationships with key stakeholders and identifying improvement opportunities
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, and support the company's mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity
Requirements:
- 2 years of college or 1 year of retail experience and 1 year of supervisory experience, or 2 years of general work experience and 1 year of supervisory experience
- Ability to work overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop teams
- Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Ability to analyze sales trends, manage inventory, and implement business initiatives to drive sales growth
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management and Leadership or a related field
- Certificate of Completion in People and Business Leadership
- General work experience supervising 5 or more direct reports, with responsibility for performance management, mentoring, hiring, and firing
