As a Logistics Customer Service Representative 2, you will be responsible for the following key responsibilities:

Experience

We are seeking a candidate with 3-6 years of customer service experience within the HVAC industry. Your experience should demonstrate a strong understanding of customer service principles, technical knowledge of HVAC products, and excellent communication skills.

Education

A High School diploma or GED equivalent is required.

People Management

This role does not involve people management.

Physical Requirements / Working Environment

Reports to

This role reports to the Manager, Customer Service/Order Services.
