Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced and highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our virtual team as a Guest Experience Specialist. As a key member of our support team, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch service to our guests, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring that every interaction is a positive one. If you're a multitasking master with excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest service via phone, email, and chat, ensuring that every interaction is a positive one.
- Utilize AI-powered tools, such as ChatGPT, to leverage comprehensive guest messaging that resonates with our brand and travelers.
- Screen potential guests and provide support for guests, resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- Respond to guest inquiries, communicate and escalate issues to management via Slack, and achieve 5-star ratings and Superhost Status.
- Write and respond to guest reviews on Airbnb, VRBO, or other platforms, ensuring that our brand is represented positively.
- Report maintenance and damage issues to Operations via Operto Teams and submit damage claims to Guesty Shield for reimbursement.
- Build, manage, and report in-house maintenance labor, working knowledge of business financials/accounting to assist with the onboard of accounting systems.
- Experience in 3rd party vendor relations for tertiary market management, ensuring seamless interactions with external partners.
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A strong skillset in customer service, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional experiences.
- Experience with Guesty and/or HostAI, with a deep familiarity with leveraging AI for comprehensive guest messaging.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to speak clearly on the phone and via VoiP with guests and vendors.
- Fluency in English, with perfect grammar and spelling.
- Availability and reliability in CST and Eastern United States time zones.
Preferred Qualifications
We're looking for candidates with:
- Experience in the hospitality industry, with a strong understanding of guest needs and expectations.
- Knowledge of business financials/accounting, with the ability to assist with the onboard of accounting systems.
- Experience in 3rd party vendor relations, with a strong understanding of tertiary market management.
- Availability for part-time overnight shifts from 11p-7am CST, with a willingness to work flexible hours.
