Job Summary
The Intern will report directly to, and will support, the General Counsel, with a focus on contract administration, document management, and basic legal administration. This role is designed for a college student with no prior legal experience who is interested in corporate law, contracts, and the travel management industry.
Essential Responsibilities
- Assist with contract lifecycle management, including organizing, tracking, and maintaining agreements (e.g. vendor, client contracts)
- Review contracts for basic administrative elements (dates, signatures, completeness)
- Help prepare documentation
- Conduct light research with guidance
- Organize and maintain files
- Assist with compliance tracking
- Perform other general administrative support for the General Counsel and department
Required Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a college/university program for Bachelor's degree in business or related field
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to handle confidential information responsibly
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
