Key Responsibilities

- Claims Support: Gather necessary documentation from clients reporting claims and coordinate with adjusters to ensure smooth processing.
- Policy Updates and Renewals: Track policy updates, changes, and renewals, and communicate with clients to explain any changes to their coverage.
- Industry Knowledge and Updates: Stay up-to-date with industry standards, current rates, coverages, insurance products, and policy updates by regularly interacting with industry partners.
- Client Coverage Needs Assessment: Review clients' coverage needs to determine if updates or changes are warranted and provide recommendations.

Essential and Preferred Qualifications
