About the position
The Insurance Agent/Customer Service Representative role at our independent insurance agency involves providing customer service and sales support. The position is available for both full-time and part-time candidates, with flexible hours and the possibility of remote work. The ideal candidate will have experience in a Property & Casualty Insurance Agency and will be able to contribute to the agency's success immediately.
Responsibilities
• Manage and follow up on carrier requests and notices, mail, and electronic signature forms.
• Process policy reviews, client change requests, and payments.
• Start quotes and pursue sales opportunities if licensed.
Requirements
• 1 year of experience in a Property & Casualty Insurance Agency is required.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Self-starter with strong written and verbal communication skills.
