TEAM & ROLE

As an Implementation Manager, you will be accountable for the successful implementation of new client accounts, ensuring that our clients have a seamless onboarding experience from contract signing to go live. This role would be reporting directly to our Head of Customer Operations Aileen Palmer.

You will work closely with client benefit teams to understand their goals and use cases for Benepass, configure their plans, and manage the project timeline. This role requires extensive collaboration with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely and successful implementations.

COMPENSATIONRange(s) is subject to change. Benepass takes a number of factors into account when determining individual starting pay, including market comparables, interview performance, peer compensation, and years of experience.
