We are seeking a Human Resources Shared Services Associate (HR Advisor) to join a fast‑paced People Services team supporting employees across North and South America. This role serves as a primary point of contact for HR inquiries, delivering high‑quality customer service while ensuring timely and accurate resolution across the employee lifecycle.

Responsibilities
• Act as a front‑line HR advisor, responding to employee and manager inquiries via case management systems, chat, and phone
• Provide guidance on HR policies, payroll, benefits, performance management, employee relations, and total rewards
• Use Workday and ServiceNow to manage and resolve HR cases efficiently
• Apply sound judgment to determine appropriate resolutions and escalation paths
• Coach employees and managers through HR processes and available solutions
• Guide stakeholders to self‑service tools, SOPs, FAQs, and training resources
• Partner with HR Business Partners (HRBPs) and Centers of Excellence (COEs) as needed
• Identify trends in case volume, issues, and feedback to support continuous improvement
• Contribute to enhancing HR knowledge base content and internal documentation
• Consistently meet service‑level goals, including turnaround time (TAT) and first‑level resolution (FLR)
Requirements
• 2+ years of HR experience, ideally in a shared services or high‑volume environment
• Hands‑on experience with Workday and ServiceNow
• Experience supporting HR operations within a large organization
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; Associate’s degree with relevant experience considered
• Experience with benefits administration or HR case management
• Knowledge of regional employment laws
