Benefits: • Bonus based on performance • Health insurance • Paid time off Recruiting & HR Generalist Nothing Bundt Cakes | Multi-Unit Bakery Operations Nothing Bundt Cakes is seeking a Recruiting-focused HR Generalist to support staffing needs across multiple bakery locations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in high-volume recruiting, enjoys working directly with field leaders, and understands the pace and urgency of retail or food service hiring. Primary Focus: Recruiting & Staffing • Manage high-volume recruiting for bakery roles including: • Bakery Managers • Assistant Managers • Bakers, Frosters, Utility, Joy Creators, and other hourly positions • Partner with Bakery Managers, District Leaders and Directors to understand staffing needs and hiring timelines • Post, manage, and optimize job postings across multiple platforms • Screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and assist with hiring decisions • Build and maintain candidate pipelines for new store openings and ongoing turnover • Track recruiting metrics such as applicant flow, time-to-fill, and hiring trends • Support in-person and virtual hiring events as needed Additional HR Responsibilities • Support onboarding and new hire orientation • Assist with employee relations issues and documentation • Ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws • Assist with benefits, timekeeping, and general HR inquiries • Support retention initiatives and staffing strategies during slower seasons Travel Expectations • Travel to bakery locations as needed to support: • New store openings • In-person interviews and hiring events • Staffing support during critical hiring periods • Expected travel may vary by business need but can include day trips and occasional overnight stays • Flexibility to travel on short notice during peak hiring or opening timelines Qualifications • 2+ years of recruiting or HR experience (retail, restaurant, or multi-unit preferred) • Proven experience with high-volume hourly recruiting • Strong organizational and time-management skills • Excellent communication skills and ability to work with field leadership • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment • Experience with Paychex, Indeed, or similar ATS/HRIS systems preferred • SHRM Certified Why Join Nothing Bundt Cakes • Be part of a growing, people-first brand • Play a key role in opening and staffing new bakery locations • Collaborative leadership and hands-on HR environment • Competitive compensation and benefits based on experience Position is remote or could potentially be hybrid
