Position: HR & Finance Executive Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM About the Role: We are looking for a dynamic and adaptable HR & Finance Executive to join our growing team in India. As we expand our operations, this role will play a critical part in supporting both people management and finance/accounting functions. This is an ideal opportunity for someone early in their career who is smart, proactive, and eager to grow into a senior HR role over time, while also contributing to finance operations. Key Responsibilities: Human Resources - Act as the first point of contact for employees in India for HR-related matters - Support onboarding and offboarding processes - Assist in managing employee records and documentation - Address employee queries and help resolve workplace issues - Support implementation of HR policies and processes - Coordinate training, engagement, and feedback initiatives - Track attendance, leaves, and basic HR metrics - Support payroll inputs and coordination Finance & Accounting - Assist in day-to-day accounting tasks (invoicing, expense tracking, reconciliations) - Maintain financial records and documentation - Work closely with the existing accounts team to reduce workload - Assist with vendor payments and basic compliance tracking Reporting & Data Management: - Prepare HR and finance-related reports and dashboards - Analyze basic data trends (attrition, attendance, expenses, etc.) - Maintain structured data for decision-making - Support management with ad-hoc analysis and reporting Requirements: Qualifications & Experience: - Bachelor's degree in HR, Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field - 1–4 years of experience in HR, finance, or a hybrid role - Basic understanding of HR processes and labor practices - Basic accounting knowledge (invoicing, expenses, reconciliations) Skills & Attributes: - Strong sense of ownership and ability to work independently - High learning agility and willingness to take on diverse responsibilities - Good interpersonal and communication skills - Strong analytical and data-handling ability (Excel/Google Sheets) - Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable - Ability to handle confidential information with integrity What We're Looking For: - Someone who is not limited by job boundaries and is willing to learn both HR and finance - A problem-solver who can handle ambiguity and grow with the organization - A candidate with the potential to evolve into a senior HR leadership role over time Why Join Us: - Opportunity to work closely with leadership in a growing international business - Broad exposure across HR and finance functions - Fast learning curve and career growth opportunities - Chance to shape HR practices in a growing India team
