Be the smile that starts every great stay! Holiday Inn Express - Moline, IL (located next to the Quad City International Airport) is currently adding a Front Desk Guest Service Agent to our team! Must have weekend availability. Who We Are: Frontier Hospitality Group has been locally owned since 1950. We operate eight hotels across five fantastic brands and our growth keeps climbing. We believe in a work/life harmony that fits our employees' lifestyles. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Provides high-quality customer service. Handles guest reservations. Answers and transfers phone calls. Handles guest check-ins and outs along with questions, complaints, etc. Shuttles the guests to and from the airport. Other duties as required with the department. Qualifications and Requirements: Previous hotel or relevant customer service experience. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook. Ability to work weekends and holidays.
