Role Description
The People Operations Specialist is a mid-level professional who plays a critical role in driving TEECOM’s people programs and processes that support team members globally. You’ll be instrumental in shaping a seamless and supportive employee experience across every phase of the employee lifecycle—from onboarding through development to ensuring smooth transitions during offboarding.
• Manage end-to-end processes for onboarding and offboarding.
• Serve as a reliable resource for team members and managers on People Operations matters.
• Execute core processes with operational rigor and attention to detail.
• Develop expertise in HR systems, compliance, and employee lifecycle management.
• Create and refine documentation, identify process gaps, and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
• Champion TEECOM’s Core Values—Care, Trust, and Value—through proactive support and transparent communication.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; or equivalent experience in HR operations or employee lifecycle management.
• 3+ years of experience in HR operations or employee lifecycle management.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Experience maintaining accurate, up-to-date HR systems.
• Strong problem-solving capacity and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in HR Information Systems (BambooHR or similar), Microsoft 365 Suite, Google Workspace, and Slack.
Requirements
• Experience with BambooHR or similar HRIS platforms.
• Ability to manage multiple processes simultaneously.
• Experience creating training content or documentation.
• Working knowledge of best practices in onboarding, offboarding, and other employee lifecycle activities.
• Exceptional attention to detail in data processing and all aspects of work.
• Industry certifications preferred but not required: PHR, SHRM-CP.
