Job Description:
• We are seeking a Healthcare Partnerships Manager who thrives in ambiguity and draws energy from building the relationships that drive our mission forward.
• You will own the full sales cycle—utilizing provided lead lists to drive aggressive outbound sourcing, consulting, and closing providers.
• You will be responsible for all in-person selling and relationship management for accounts within a 2.5-hour radius of your major metro, while maintaining remote selling strategies for assigned accounts outside that immediate geography.
• This is a high-velocity, "boots-on-the-ground" sales position requiring you to be in the field at least 3 days per week.
Requirements:
• 5+ years of quota-carrying sales experience (or equivalent in partnerships/business development) with a consistent track record of meeting or exceeding targets
• Demonstrated ability to generate pipeline independently and close net-new business through outbound prospecting
• Proven success in a field-based or territory role with a strong emphasis on in-person selling
• Strong consultative sales skills, including effective discovery, value-based selling, objection management, and disciplined closing
• High level of CRM rigor, accurate forecasting, and proficiency with modern sales tools
• Experience engaging and driving alignment across multiple stakeholders, including clinical, operational, and administrative teams
• Based in the San Francisco Bay Area
• Willingness and ability to be in the field at least 3 days per week, managing a territory within approximately a 2.5-hour travel radius
Benefits:
• 100% remote work environment: Working hours to support a healthy work-life balance, ensuring you can meet both professional and personal commitments (must be based in United States, currently not hiring in Hawaii)
• Attractive pay and benefits: Full transparency of pay ranges regardless of where you live in the United States
• Comprehensive health benefits: Medical, dental, vision, life, disability, and FSA/HSA
• 401(k) plan access: Start saving for your future
• Generous time-off policies: Including 2 company-wide shutdown weeks each year for self-care (for most employees)
• Paid parental leave: Available for all parents, including birthing, non-birthing, adopting, and fostering
• Employee Assistance Program (EAP): Support for your mental and physical health
• New hire home office stipend: Set up your workspace for success
• Quarterly department stipend: Fun team-building activities or in-person gatherings
• Wellness events and lunch & learns: Explore a variety of engaging topics
• Community and employee resource groups: Participate in groups that celebrate employee identity and lived experiences, fostering a sense of community and belonging for all
