We build in public, by default. We’re an open source product, so having shared context is important so that people can contribute to Lightdash. As a team, we also think that we make the best decisions when everyone has a lot of the same information. We don't oversell and under-deliver: we want the experience of using Lightdash to be as awesome as the experience we're selling.

We’re highly collaborative. We’re a group of people that are happy working independently, but love being part of a team. We bias towards impact. We’d rather build something to 80% and get it in front of users so we can iterate on fast feedback than build something to 100% just to find out it’s not the right thing. We spend a lot of time thinking about how our work solves real user problems. We work on the highest impact problems even if they’re something a bit “out of your remit”.
You’ll engineer inventive, scalable pipelines that fill our funnel with high-value, sales-qualified leads. We avoid cold calls and emails and expect you to deploy your technical and commercial nous to uncover genuine prospects and prime them for our sales team.

A pragmatic tinkerer: you’ve built scripts, mini-apps or tooling to solve real problems.
A commercial thinker: you grasp sales fundamentals and can articulate value to technical and non-technical audiences.

A self starter: you decide how best to build and refine our growth stack, but we will provide as much mentorship and guidance as you need.

You live in the UK and are willing to come into our new office in Central London roughly 1 day per week.
Design and maintain end-to-end outreach workflows (e.g., Clay, Expandi) to drive consistent lead flow.
Scrape, enrich and filter prospect data using AI techniques; optimise in real-time.
Formulate bold hypotheses, A/B-test messaging, channels and cadences; iterate rapidly on what works.
Partner with Sales, Marketing and Product to refine ICP criteria, shape go-to-market strategies and surface insights.
