About the position
We're seeking a talented Digital Designer to create compelling marketing assets that drive our growth. You'll design everything from digital campaigns to trade show materials, helping translate our technology into clear, persuasive visuals for B2B decision makers. This contract role offers flexibility while working with a mission-driven company making a real impact on worker safety.
Responsibilities
• Digital Marketing Assets Email campaigns, digital ads (LinkedIn, Google Display), and social media creative
• Website assets including landing pages, product pages, and case study layouts
• Lead magnets, whitepapers, ROI calculators, and downloadable resources
• Webinar graphics and presentation materials
• Brand & Marketing Materials Sales collateral, product sheets, and presentation templates
• Case study design and infographics for safety statistics and ROI benefits
• Social media assets and video support graphics
• Event & Trade Show Materials Booth design concepts and trade show displays (experience preferred but not required)
• Conference materials, event swag, and print collateral
Requirements
• 3-5 years digital design experience, preferably in B2B technology or industrial markets
• Strong portfolio with web-focused work (email, ads, landing pages, digital collateral)
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and web design tools
• Understanding of responsive design and email design best practices
• Digital-first mindset with strong web and email design capabilities
• Brand consistency and data visualization skills
• Traditional design skills for trade show and print materials
• Basic motion graphics a plus
Nice-to-haves
• Trade show booth design or event marketing experience
• Motion graphics and video editing capabilities (especially Davinci Resolve)
• HubSpot or marketing automation platform experience
