We are looking for a detail-oriented Google Ads Specialist to handle the technical setup, maintenance, and optimization of our campaigns for the SUPERBOX brand. We follow an Agile approach—starting with our established e-commerce platform.
We already have active accounts in multiple markets (LT, LV, EE, FI, DK, DE), so we need a reliable partner who can audit existing setups, ensure technical health, and translate our strategic requirements into high-performing campaign structures. We provide the strategy, ideas, and localized copy; you ensure the technical engine runs flawlessly.
Key Responsibilities:
•Initial Account Audit & Health Check: Conduct a thorough technical review of existing accounts in all markets to identify budget leaks, tracking errors, or suboptimal settings.
• Tracking & Analytics Validation: Verify and maintain conversion tracking via GA4 and Google Tag Manager (GTM). It is critical that every interaction—from landing pages to our final checkout—is accurately measured.
• Campaign Management & Structure: Manage Search, Display, and PMax campaigns. Ensure a unified, clean, and scalable account structure across all 6 markets.
• Ad Creative Implementation: Precisely implement our provided headlines, descriptions, and assets, ensuring zero errors in localized content and character limits.
• Maintenance & Monitoring: Daily monitoring of account health, budget pacing, and resolving any technical disapprovals or glitches.
• Technical Optimization: Perform bid adjustments, manage extensive negative keyword lists (to filter out junk/bot traffic), and refine audiences based on performance data and our directives.
Requirements:
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping/PMax).
• Proficiency in Google Tag Manager (GTM) and GA4: Essential for tracking custom events on our interactive platform.
• Experience with Multi-Market Accounts: Proven ability to manage campaigns in different countries with different localized settings and currencies.
• High Level of Precision: Extreme attention to detail is a must—accuracy is critical as we provide specific, localized inputs.
• Technical Communication: Ability to follow technical guidelines strictly and provide clear, data-driven feedback to the management team.
