Job Description:
• Develop, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns to drive lead generation and client acquisition
• Create and manage Facebook advertising campaigns to expand reach across social platforms
• Conduct keyword research and implement SEO strategies to improve organic search visibility
• Monitor campaign performance, analyze metrics, and provide regular reporting on ROI and KPIs
• Create ad content and copy for various digital advertising platforms
• Perform light social media management and content creation as needed
• Collaborate with the team to align marketing efforts with business objectives
Requirements:
• Proven experience managing Google Ads campaigns with demonstrated results
• Knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager and social media advertising best practices
• Basic to intermediate SEO knowledge and experience with SEO tools
• Experience with digital marketing analytics and reporting tools
• Strong written communication skills for ad copy and content creation
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
• Experience in B2B marketing or professional services preferred
