Google Ads Specialist Needed – Lead Generation + Call Tracking Fix (Chiropractic Practice)

We are a chiropractic practice looking for an experienced Google Ads specialist to audit and optimize our existing campaigns. We are only considering applicants who have demonstrable experience auditing and improving Google Ads accounts for lead generation. Generic or copy-paste proposals will not be considered. We are currently running Search campaigns focused on low back pain/sciatica and are experiencing issues with: - Call ads / call assets not performing as expected - Conversion tracking not clearly set up or inconsistent - Uncertainty around whether ads are being served optimally We are NOT looking for someone to “just run ads.” We need someone who can: - Audit our current account structure - Diagnose tracking and conversion issues - Ensure call tracking is properly configured - Recommend improvements for lead generation (calls and booked appointments) - Help us understand what is actually working vs not Ideal candidate: - Experience with local service businesses (healthcare preferred) - Strong background in conversion tracking + call tracking - Experience optimizing Search campaigns (not Performance Max) - Ability to communicate clearly and explain findings Please include: - Relevant experience with lead generation accounts - Examples of results (calls, leads, CPL improvements) - Brief explanation of how you would approach auditing a failing Google Ads account
