I’m developing an original, physics-driven indoor golf simulator game that uses real-world inputs to drive interactive gameplay. The project is currently in the prototype/demo phase, with the goal of creating a polished proof-of-concept suitable for simulator environments.
The core system design and underlying mechanics are already defined and protected. I’m looking for a skilled developer to help implement and refine the gameplay and physics systems without publicly disclosing sensitive IP.
This is a focused indie project with clear technical direction — not a game jam or speculative idea.
What You’ll Work On
• Build a playable prototype / demo
• Implement physics-based gameplay systems
• Translate external simulator data into in-game behavior
• Develop core interactions, collisions, and game feel
• Help structure gameplay architecture for future scalability
• Collaborate closely on iteration, tuning, and performance
Ideal Skills & Experience
• Strong experience with Unity or Unreal Engine
• Gameplay programming background (C#, C++, or Blueprints)
• Solid understanding of physics and simulation systems
• Experience with data-driven gameplay
• Comfortable working on early-stage prototypes and demos
• Indie, startup, or experimental project experience preferred
Nice to Have (Not Required)
• Familiarity with indoor golf simulators or sports simulation
• Experience with hardware-integrated or real-world data systems
• Interest in golf or sports-based interactive experiences
• Destruction, interaction-heavy, or systems-driven gameplay experience
Project Details
• Stage: Prototype / Demo
• Scope: Focused proof-of-concept
• Engagement: Contract / Freelance
• Compensation: Paid (based on experience)
• Future Potential: Expanded development, licensing, or long-term collaboration
Why This Is Interesting
• Unique technical challenge in the indoor golf simulator space
• Early involvement in a protected, original concept
• Direct collaboration with the project owner
• Clean scope focused on building something that works
• Opportunity to help shape a new simulator-based experience
How to Apply
Please include:
• A short introduction
• Relevant gameplay or simulation projects
