Furniture Sales Lead Position Lead the furniture team and drive furniture sales by ensuring the department's overall performance meets or exceeds expectations. Key Responsibilities: ? Drive furniture sales and related processes, including merchandising, presentation, and recovery standards. ? Provide clear work direction and coaching to furniture sales team members regarding all aspects of the sales process. ? Assist customers with product information, selection, and purchase. ? Manage the price hold process and maintain furniture department inventory. ? Identify furniture display needs and develop plans for department coverage during special events. ? Continuously improve the furniture department's sales and ensure merchandising and presentation standards are met. Requirements: ? High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience required. ? Minimum one-year retail sales experience preferred. ? Demonstrated furniture merchandising and sales skills preferred. ? Strong customer service and communication skills required. ? Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull a minimum of 50 pounds required. ? Basic English literacy, math, and PC skills required.
