Role Overview
three Full Stack Engineers over the next month to support a growing portfolio of infrastructure‑heavy projects. These engineers will help stand up core foundations and then own products end‑to‑end as work matures.

• Strong performers may be reallocated across projects as priorities evolve
Technical Focus
Frontend
• React (v16–19)
• Vite (yes — “Vite” is the correct term; modern frontend build tool / dev server)
Backend / Services
• .NET / C#
• Express services
APIs
• Python (FastAPI)
• Hands‑on server/API development
APIs do not currently exist — engineers will help define and build them
AI / ML Exposure
• PyTorch
• NumPy
• LangChain / LangGraph (referred to internally as LangStar)
Databases
• PostgreSQL (query‑heavy workloads)
AI Tooling
• Claude currently in use
• Comfortable with ambiguity
• Minimal hand‑holding
• Clear task ownership:
