• Advise and guide recruitment agency founders
• Help build and execute growth strategies
• Optimize sales funnels and GTM approaches
• Improve client acquisition and retention
• Implement AI-driven workflows across sourcing, screening, outreach, and operations
• Identify and deploy tools for automation, analytics, and productivity
• Drive measurable business outcomes
