Responsibilities
• Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with our goal of reaching $1mm+ in revenue while striving to maintain our current
• Multi-Channel Content Strategy: Oversee the "atomization" of raw video content into high-performing Reels, TikToks, and newsletters that resonate with medical students.
• Funnel Optimization: Manage and refine the sales funnel for both our high-ticket 1:1 advising/tutoring ($1,500+) and our asynchronous Bootcamp courses ($97 tripwire).
• Brand Management: Ensure consistent, professional messaging across all touchpoints, positioning us as the premier med school/residency advising resource/platform.
• Performance Analytics: Monitor and report on key metrics including ROAS, LTV, and conversion rates to drive data-backed reinvestment.
Requirements
• 2+ years of senior marketing leadership, ideally in EdTech or Healthcare.
• Strong proficiency in digital marketing tools (Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, CRM automation).
• A "hands-on" strategist who can both design high-level campaigns and guide junior editors/residents in execution.
