Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and organized individual to join our team as a Sales and Marketing Assistant with a dual focus on HR and Admin tasks. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the sales and marketing efforts while also contributing to human resources and administrative functions. Background in Finance and Accounting Recruitment is preferable. Key Responsibilities: - Sales and Marketing Support: - Assist in the development and implementation of sales and marketing strategies. - Conduct market research and analyze trends to support decision-making. - Collaborate to create compelling content and promotional materials. - Maintain and update customer databases and assist in lead generation. - Cold-calling potential prospects - Reach-outs and follow-ups to potential prospects - Ability to speak to Senior Finance people about the value proposition. - Excellent performance-related bonuses - Human Resources: - Support HR processes such as recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations. - Assist in maintaining employee records and ensuring compliance with HR policies. - Coordinate training programs and workshops for staff development. - Assist with performance management and employee engagement initiatives. - Administrative Tasks: - Provide administrative support to the team, including scheduling meetings and managing calendars. - Manage communication channels and handle inquiries from internal and external stakeholders. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field. - Proven experience in Sales and Marketing support. - Basic understanding of HR processes and administrative tasks. - Strong organizational and multitasking skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite as well as LinkedIn - Excellent Orator Attributes: - Detail-oriented with a proactive and positive attitude. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. - Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability in a fast-paced environment. - Confidentiality and professionalism in handling HR-related matters. - Excellent Social Media Communication and Interaction Skills
