I’m looking for a Meta Ads specialist who can create high-performing ad creatives and optimize campaigns for an Australian jewelry e-commerce brand. This is a 1-month trial, with the possibility to extend if performance is strong.
The key focus is creative-first scaling: consistent testing, fast iteration, and structured campaigns that can grow profitably. I strongly prefer freelancers who have experience with the Australian market and jewelry/fashion e-commerce.
Responsibilities
Develop and deliver Meta ad creatives for jewelry (static, carousel, simple video/Reels edits, UGC-style concepts, variations)
Create ad copy using multiple angles/hooks (gift, self-purchase, quality, limited-time offer, emotional storytelling, etc.)
Set up or optimize campaigns in Meta Ads Manager:
Prospecting/testing (creative tests)
Scaling campaigns
Retargeting (VC/ATC/IC purchasers windows)
Implement a clear creative testing system (weekly cadence and iteration plan)
Monitor and optimize weekly using performance metrics:
CTR, CPM, CPC, CPA, ROAS, frequency, creative fatigue
Provide brief weekly reporting:
What was tested
Winners/losers + insights
Next steps and new tests
Month 1 Deliverables
10–20 new creative assets (variations included)
3–5 copy angles per key offer/product
Campaign structure + optimization plan
Weekly performance updates + recommendations
Ideal Candidate
Proven Meta Ads results for e-commerce, ideally jewelry/fashion
Experience advertising to Australia (AU audience behavior, pricing sensitivity, shipping expectations, seasonal moments like AU holidays/events)
Strong creative strategy: hooks, UGC frameworks, and iteration based on data
Clear communicator, proactive, able to work independently
Bonus: experience with Shopify brands
