We’re hiring a Senior AI Automation Engineer with deep Go High Level agency experience and strong HubSpot implementation chops to own end-to-end delivery of AI-powered revenue automations.

What You’ll Own
GHL & HubSpot System Architecture
Design and deploy client-specific AI agent systems inside Go High Level and HubSpot
Build complex workflows, pipelines, triggers, and lifecycle automations that reflect real sales processes
Translate client RevOps requirements into clean, reliable technical implementations
AI Agent Deployment & Reliability
Integrate AI agents using Synthflow, Vapi, Closebot, and LLM tools into CRM workflows
Validate agent behavior across edge cases before launch (data, logic, tool usage, fallbacks)
Own QA, testing, and post-launch stability — no “set it and forget it”
Debugging & Optimization
Troubleshoot failures across CRM logic, AI behavior, webhooks, APIs, and data syncs
Identify root causes quickly and implement fixes that don’t regress later
Monitor live systems to proactively catch errors before clients do
Scale & Process Improvement
Improve SOPs, templates, and internal standards across both GHL and HubSpot deployments
Partner with Client Success to ensure clean handoffs and predictable launches
Recommend better patterns, tools, and architectures as the platform evolves
You’re a Strong Fit If You…
Have built GHL systems for multiple clients (agency or consultancy background)
Are comfortable architecting HubSpot workflows, pipelines, and lifecycle automation
Think in systems and failure modes, not just “does it work once”
Take ownership of quality and feel personally accountable when something breaks
Can explain why an automation failed and how to prevent it in the future
Communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Required Experience (Hard Requirements)
3+ years hands-on Go High Level experience in client environments
2+ years hands-on HubSpot implementation experience (workflows, pipelines, lifecycle stages, integrations)
Proven experience building and debugging complex CRM automations
Experience integrating AI / LLM tools into production workflows
Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
Excellent English (written and spoken)
⭐ Strongly Preferred
Background in a GHL agency or done-for-you automation business
Experience migrating or syncing systems between GHL and HubSpot
Familiarity with webhooks, APIs, Zapier, or custom integrations
Experience working in RevOps / SalesOps-heavy environments
Prior responsibility for QA, audits, or system reliability
