About the Role:
We're seeking an experienced digital advertising specialist to manage and optimize our paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms. This is a hands-on role requiring proven expertise in B2B advertising and account-based marketing strategies.
Specific Responsibilities:
LinkedIn Ads:
-Create, launch, and optimize LinkedIn advertising campaigns
-Develop audience targeting strategies for B2B prospects
-A/B test ad creative, copy, and targeting parameters
-Monitor campaign performance and provide regular reporting
Google Ads (Search):
- Build and manage search campaigns with keyword research and selection
- Write compelling ad copy and optimize landing page alignment
- Implement bid strategies to maximize ROI
- Conduct ongoing optimization based on performance data
Google Ads (Retargeting):
-Set up and manage retargeting campaigns for website visitors
-Create audience segments based on user behavior and page visits
-Develop retargeting strategies across Display and Search networks
-Optimize conversion paths for returning visitors
Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram):
-Create and manage campaigns across Facebook and Instagram
-Develop targeting strategies using Meta's audience tools
-Set up retargeting using Meta Pixel data
-Test ad formats including image, video, carousel, and Stories
-Optimize campaigns for lead generation and conversions
ABM Display Platform:
-Execute account-based marketing display campaigns
-Target specific companies and decision-makers
-Coordinate messaging across platforms for target accounts
-Track and report on account engagement and pipeline impact
General Requirements:
-Provide weekly performance reports with insights and recommendations
-Stay within allocated budget while maximizing results
-Collaborate with our team on strategy and creative direction
-Implement conversion tracking and analytics setup across all platforms
