Key Responsibilities

• Exceed daily quotas consisting of inbound/outbound phone calls, emails, and live chats, while maintaining high standards of professionalism and customer service.
• Record detailed notes of customer communication, maintaining real-time communication and keeping inventory volumes current.
• Create lifelong customers by responding to their inquiries in a creative, personal, comprehensive, unique, and consistent manner, demonstrating the customer's value.
• De-escalate situations involving dissatisfied customers, providing efficient and courteous responses to resolve issues promptly.
• Collaborate with other Customer Service Representatives, Supervisors, and Managers to provide the best experience possible, sharing knowledge and best practices to continuously improve our services.
• Operate in a remote work environment, utilizing proficient computer skills and technical knowledge to perform tasks effectively.

Essential Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required, with at least 1-3 years of experience in a customer service capacity.

• Clear and articulate telephone voice, with minimal background noise or distractions.
