You'll be working closely with our Vulnerability, Accessibility, Inclusion, and Bereavements (VAIB) Team to ensure that our customers receive the support they need to navigate their challenges. Some of the situations you may deal with include: * Helping customers with addictions make account adjustments to aid their recovery * Providing support and guidance to customers who are struggling to afford basic necessities * Talking to customers who mention suicidal thoughts and figuring out the best way to help them * Advising your fellow Customer Service Advisors on tone of voice, phrasing, and actions for vulnerable people * Understanding a customer's financial accessibility needs and making adjustments to support their journey with arenaflex **You Should Apply If:** * You have experience working with vulnerable customers and can provide strong customer service, personal resilience, and boundaries * You're comfortable and confident managing a high volume of calls * You have the ability to prioritize difficult conversations effectively * You have a strong sense of empathy and can maintain a healthy work-life balance * You're a team player with a strong team working ethic * You're available to start on a specific date and attend full-time training for 10 weeks **Logistics:** * This role will be fully remote in the UK (you must be permanently based in the UK for this role) * Training will be Monday to Friday, 9am-5:30pm, for 10 weeks, and will be carried out remotely * Shifts will be a rotating 7-week working pattern, Monday to Sunday, 6am-10pm, including bank holidays (37.5 hours) * We'll guarantee time off on your birthday (if you want it) with the exception of your training period **Our Interview Process:** * Application and completion of application questions * Call with a Recruiter * An interview that lasts approximately 1 hour **What's in It for You:** * A competitive salary and benefits package, including share options and stock options * A learning budget of £1,000 a year for books, training courses, and conferences * Ongoing training and development opportunities * A collaborative and supportive team environment * The opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our customers **Equal Opportunities for Everyone:** Diversity and inclusion are a priority for arenaflex, and we're committed to creating an inclusive environment for all our people to grow and thrive.
