Requirements and Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- At least 1 year of call center experience, preferably in a healthcare or customer-facing environment.
- A high school diploma or GED, demonstrating a strong foundation in education and a commitment to learning.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
- A minimum typing speed of 25 WPM, with proficiency in keyboard shortcuts and dual monitor navigation.
- The ability to reside in the US and successfully complete our mandatory paid 4-week training program with 100% attendance.
