As a Virtual Assistant – Instant Lead Calling & Customer Follow-Up Specialist, your key responsibilities will include:
* Calling each new lead immediately when it comes in (within seconds/minutes) to ensure timely follow-up and maximize conversions.
* Following up with customers twice per day at different, random times to increase contact chances and drive business results.
* During downtime, calling through our existing leads list and reaching as many people as possible to maximize lead conversion rates.
* Documenting every call attempt, conversation, and customer response in our CRM or tracking system to ensure accurate tracking and reporting.
* Recording any excuses, objections, or reasons customers give for delaying decisions to help us refine our sales strategy.
* Keeping all notes organized and up-to-date in our CRM or tracking system to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
* Reporting daily results and any trends noticed during calls to help us optimize our sales strategy and drive business growth.
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:
* **Availability**: Must be consistently available during 9 AM – 7 PM CST (U.S.) to ensure timely follow-up and maximize conversions.
* **Instant Response**: Able to respond instantly to new lead notifications to ensure timely follow-up and maximize conversions.
* **Clear Communication**: Clear English speaking skills with a professional phone presence to ensure effective communication and build strong relationships with customers.
