**The Role**
As an arenaflex Mod, you'll be the GPS for customers to navigate our clients' products and services. You'll provide Tier 1 level support, troubleshooting issues, and solving concerns for web and mobile apps. Your super skills, positive attitude, and great vibe will make all the difference in delivering exceptional customer experiences.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Provide Tier 1 level support for clients across various industries
* Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues for web and mobile apps
* Utilize Zendesk and other ticketing systems to manage customer communications
* Multitask in multiple browsers and browser tabs while handling customer communications
* Demonstrate a strong ability to walk customers through the process of navigating a mobile app/website and downloading/installing an application
* Show empathy and a professional demeanor in all customer interactions
* Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards
**Requirements**
* 1+ year of experience in customer support, preferably in a Tier 1 role
* Proficiency in Zendesk and other ticketing systems
* Experience with inbound calls, chat, and email support
* Strong ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work in a remote environment with minimal supervision
* Reliable internet speed and service
* Dedicated laptop or desktop computer with Windows 10 or above
* Quality headset
* Quiet workspace to take calls
* Willingness to install MSQ security software and 2FA app on the phone
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience with troubleshooting and problem-solving issues for web and mobile apps
* Familiarity with Mac, PC, iOS, Chromebook, Kindle Fire, and Android computers/devices and applications
* Strong ability to navigate and troubleshoot technical issues
* Experience with e-books and digital content
* Familiarity with MSQ security software and 2FA app
