As a Technical Support - Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch support to our clients via inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats. **Key Responsibilities**
* Provide exceptional customer service support via inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats
* Resolve routine problems and questions regarding client products and services
* Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues
* Develop and maintain a deep understanding of arenaflex's products and services
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in customer service
* Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets
* Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
**Requirements**
* Strong focus on building customer relationships and delivering exceptional customer experiences
* 1+ year of customer service experience, with a proven track record of success
* Technical support experience preferred, but not required
* Open availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
* High school diploma or GED required; degree in a related field preferred
* Quiet, distraction-free environment to work from in your home
* Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking and ability to work in a dynamic environment
* Eagerness to learn new technologies and stay up-to-date with industry trends
* Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to ask probing questions to come to a resolution
* Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge
* Desktop or laptop to complete PC and internet testing; work computer may be provided depending on the position offered
* High-speed internet (no wireless/hotspots or satellite) and a smartphone
