The Launch and Product Marketing team is a newly established team within Airbnb, responsible for building impactful launch and product marketing pages for Guests and Hosts. As a Staff Web UX Engineer on this team, you will play a crucial role in driving the full lifecycle of new launch and product marketing projects, working closely with Design partners to brainstorm, prototype, develop, and deploy innovative animated experiences. The team is part of the Client Products & Emerging Tech organization, which focuses on building impactful product features for Airbnb's Guests and Hosts using new and existing technologies.

The base pay range for this role is $204,000 - $259,000 USD, depending on factors such as training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs, and market demands.
