About the Role
We are currently seeking an experienced and skilled Spanish Bilingual Remote Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences, resolving issues, and providing support to our customers. Key Responsibilities
- Deliver the highest level of customer service experience consistently, responding to inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats in a professional and courteous manner
- Manage customer accounts, provide technical support, and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner
- Enter application data, manage online chat inquiries, and interpret and follow defined procedures and policies
- Demonstrate creative problem-solving skills, flexibility, and adaptability to changing projects and updates
- Manage time and tasks effectively, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Participate in extensive self-study, training, and testing to ensure eligibility to proceed through training and certifications
- Adhere to regulated guidelines for communications via all channels, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
Essential Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older
- Complete Background check and drug test within 3 days of hire
- Dedicated, private, and secure workspace with a personal device and functioning camera required for the training period
- Committed to full attendance for paid 3-week training period
- Minimum Internet Speed of 35 mb/s with ethernet, cable/fiber broadband internet with a hard-wired ethernet connection required
- Moderate to Advanced computer skills, with a high level of comfort learning new technology
- High level of professionalism, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and comfortable working from home
- Self-motivated and success-driven, with a strong desire to deliver exceptional customer experiences
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer support or technical support role, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Previous experience with Group and/or Individual health insurance, or the Affordable Care Act, with a strong understanding of industry regulations and guidelines
- Previous experience in a Call Center environment, with a focus on inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices, with a strong understanding of customer relationship management principles
- Spanish Bilingual, with a strong ability to communicate effectively in both English and Spanish
