Position Summary
blithequark has multiple openings for Senior Customer Service Representatives in our permanent work-from-home role, offering a competitive wage of $18.50/hr to support our Florida and New York offices. This is a remote position available across the states of Florida and New York, operating within the Eastern Standard Time Zone. The schedule for this role is Monday through Friday, 8am-4:30pm.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming calls from members and providers regarding claims status, benefits, eligibility, PPO participation, and other related inquiries.
- Maintain department-established performance metrics at a meets or exceeds expectations level, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
- Collaborate as a team and apply the blithequark Core Values in day-to-day operations, fostering a culture of excellence and compassion.
- Create a differentiated service experience by demonstrating service discipline, handling service challenges with professionalism, and providing solutions to constituent needs.

Required Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Experience in a call center environment, preferably with medical terminology and insurance background.
- Proven experience working in a production environment, with a focus on meeting performance metrics.
- Computer savvy, with excellent multi-tasking skills to navigate multiple systems and applications simultaneously.
- Results-oriented and self-motivated, with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
- A High School diploma or GED equivalent.
