Job Overview As a Senior Analyst – Supply Chain Systems and Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you will play a vital role in supporting and modifying our Warehouse Management Framework, as well as serving as a key liaison between our IT and Application Development departments. You will work closely with our Organization/Telecom divisions and the Innovation Office to facilitate, analyze, and implement physical infrastructure that supports our Distribution Center. Your expertise will be essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our systems, and your ability to work independently and as part of a team will be invaluable. Key Responsibilities - Coordinate with MHE vendors as it relates to data handling and processing - Work with all smart devices, including Sortation Control Systems - Develop and implement data backup and recovery strategies - Serve as a liaison between the warehouse office, WMS vendor, and MIS Division for issue resolution - Support all data processing equipment, including printers and terminals - Maintain LAN (Local) design and architecture - Implement all future releases of software and ensure seamless integration - Coordinate inventory tracking of in-stock supplies, including forms, labels, and other materials, and report usage to MIS - Supervise non-exempt staff and provide guidance and support as needed - Maintain all control tables within the WMS, including access security - Monitor the performance of the system application to ensure it is available and accessible to all end-users - Manage the peripheral connections with the WMS, such as Neoware Terminals, RF Devices, and Printers - Oversee and monitor end-user access and privileges and report to the SOX Compliance Office on a quarterly basis - Develop reporting tools for users to have better visibility into the WMS and Operating Metrics, using tools such as Crystal Reports or Cognos Report Studio Requirements and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a combination of technical, business, and interpersonal skills. The following qualifications are essential: - 2 years of IT experience, including Windows, Unix, SQL Server, Oracle, and other relevant technologies - 2 years of experience in a distribution environment (preferred) - 2 years of experience using SQL, MS-Excel, Access, and MS-Word - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (preferred) - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Preferred Qualifications - Project management experience (a plus) - Bachelor's degree in IT or a related field (preferred) - Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills Career Growth and Development At arenaflex, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
