**Key Responsibilities**
As a Senior Agent - Customer Service, Dutch Speaker, your primary responsibilities will include:
* Handling customer inquiries, issues, and complaints related to our digital asset trading platform, websites, products, platforms, and services
* Escalating complex issues to senior management or other teams as advised
* Participating in team meetings, buzz sessions, and providing feedback and ideas to improve our customer service processes
* Identifying areas for service and procedural improvement and making recommendations to enhance our customer experience
* Collaborating with our Overseas BJ team to achieve business objectives and drive growth
* Providing exceptional customer service, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring customer satisfaction
* Developing and maintaining a deep understanding of our products, services, and industry trends to provide informed solutions to customers
* Working closely with our team to achieve sales targets, resolve customer complaints, and improve customer retention
**Essential Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* Excellent command of spoken and written English and Dutch
* Strong customer service skills, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
* Knowledge of digital asset exchange/trading, with a solid understanding of blockchain technology
* Demonstrated ability to motivate others and achieve results in a fast-paced environment
* Fast typing skills (at least 40 words per minute)
* Basic computer knowledge: MS Office, MS Outlook, Internet Explorer, and other applications like GA
* Call center customer service-related work experience is preferred
* Willingness to work on shift rotation
* Diploma from college or above, related to any major
