Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with Package Delivery Drivers to make multiple deliveries on a pre-assigned delivery route
• Assist with loading and unloading packages from the truck, ensuring timely and efficient delivery
• Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise
• Work in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing circumstances and priorities
• Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
• Perform other duties as required to support the smooth operation of the delivery route

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• The ability to lift up to 70 lbs and work in a physically demanding role
• Reliability and responsibility, with a strong attention to detail
• A valid driver's license (not required to drive the UPS truck)
• Legal right to work in the U.S.

• Previous experience in a delivery or customer service role
• Knowledge of the local area and ability to navigate through traffic
