**Your Role**
As a Sales & Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
* **Answering Inbound Calls**: Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
* **Making Outbound Calls**: Follow up with customers to ensure their needs are met and their expectations are exceeded.
* **Maintaining Composure**: Stay calm and composed in escalated situations, always prioritizing the customer's experience.

**Essential Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* **1 Year of Call Center or Customer Service Experience**: Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences in a fast-paced environment.
* **Flexibility**: Be willing to work a variety of shifts, including weekends, holidays, and events.
* **Computer Proficiency**: Demonstrate basic computer skills and familiarity with applications.
* **Self-Motivation**: Possess confidence and self-motivation techniques to drive your success.
* **Age and Education Requirements**: Be at least 18 years old and possess a High School diploma or GED.
**Preferred Qualifications**
While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:
* **2+ Years of Call Center or Customer Service Experience**: Additional experience in a call center or customer service environment.
* **Bachelor's Degree**: A degree in a related field, such as business, communications, or marketing.
* **Certifications or Training**: Relevant certifications or training in customer service, sales, or a related field.
