Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner, ensuring that all issues are resolved efficiently and effectively.
- Process complex orders and requests with 100% accuracy, from intake to filing, and ensure that all customer information is up-to-date and accurate.
- Update our customer management system to reflect changes, updates, and resolutions, ensuring that all data is current and reliable.
- Analyze customer order issues, diagnose problems, and implement solutions to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Schedule appointments with homeowners, creating a seamless experience for our clients and ensuring that all necessary materials and information are prepared in advance.
- Prepare customer correspondence, packets, and other materials as required for the sales fulfillment process, ensuring that all communications are clear, concise, and professional.
- Handle permits and inspections, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal processes.
