Key Responsibilities
- Conduct telephone surveys with respondents, reading scripted surveys and entering answers into a computer or laptop.
- Make virtual cold calls to respondents, engaging them in conversations and encouraging participation in surveys.
- Utilize computer software and hardware to efficiently conduct surveys and manage data.
- Meet productivity and quality standards, ensuring accurate and reliable data collection.
- Collaborate with colleagues and management to achieve team goals and objectives.

Essential Qualifications
- Fluent in English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Reliable internet connection, with a minimum download speed of 10 mbps and upload speed of 5 mbps.
- Windows 10 Operating system, with a minimum of 6 gigs of RAM, or Mac 10.15 Operating system or higher, with a minimum of 8 gigs of RAM.
