Key Responsibilities

• Conduct full-cycle recruiting for various customer service positions within blithequark, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
• Source and attract candidates using a variety of methods such as job boards, social media, and networking to build a diverse pool of qualified applicants
• Review resumes and applications to determine candidate qualifications and fit for our customer service roles
• Conduct phone screens and interviews to assess candidate fit, skills, and experience, and provide feedback to hiring managers
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers, ensuring a seamless and efficient recruitment process
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand position requirements, develop effective recruitment strategies, and provide guidance and support throughout the recruitment process

Essential Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred, with a strong foundation in recruitment principles and practices
• Proven experience as a Recruiter or in a similar role, with a track record of successful placements and excellent customer service skills
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations, including EEO, ADA, and other relevant legislation
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment, with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in work, and a keen eye for detail in candidate screening and selection

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service recruitment, with a deep understanding of the skills and qualities required for exceptional customer service delivery
• Certification in recruitment, such as CPRW or CIR, with a commitment to ongoing learning and professional development
• Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software, with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze recruitment data and develop effective strategies to drive results
