We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Part-Time Tier 1 Customer Support Agent to join our team. As a virtual-based contractor, you will be responsible for providing quick and effective service to worldwide participants in our executive development programs. This is an exciting opportunity to work with top-tier executives and make a meaningful impact on their learning experience. The hours for this role are from 12PM - 6 PM EST Monday through Friday, and you will be required to work a varying schedule of 10-20 hours per week, with the potential for additional hours based on volume.
