Job Description
In this critical role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients through live chat, responding to their inquiries, concerns, and issues in a timely and professional manner. - Responding to customer questions, inquiries, requests, and problems accurately, concisely, and appropriately
- Promoting interest in arenaflex products and services to drive business growth
- Consistently achieving established standards of the position, with a focus on quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction
- Continually portraying and projecting a positive and professional image, both internally and externally
- Providing administrative support to the customer service team, including assisting with overflow work and other duties as needed
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in customer service, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Strong telephone etiquette and communication skills, with the ability to adapt to different personalities and communication styles
