Job Summary
As a Remote Live Chat Specialist at Blithequark, you will be working in a 100% remote environment, providing premium service and support to our customers through live chat, telephone, email, and social media. You will be responsible for resolving customer inquiries, addressing concerns, and providing product information, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service through live chat, telephone, email, and social media, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Manage a high volume of customer interactions, prioritizing and handling multiple conversations simultaneously, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding logistics, returns, refunds, product information, and warranty questions, providing accurate and detailed information.
- Assist customers with product information, website navigation, and general questions, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
- Utilize basic Microsoft Office programs, such as Outlook and Word, to manage customer interactions and maintain accurate records.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and guidelines, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Essential Qualifications:
- Customer Service Experience: Previous customer service experience, with a proven track record of providing exceptional service and resolving customer issues.
- Written & Verbal Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers through various channels.
- Microsoft Office: Proficiency in basic Microsoft Office programs, such as Outlook and Word, with the ability to navigate computer systems while on calls.
